Hello, I'd like to be able to offer you a collaborative relationship, a dialogue between two separate and unique people. A place to develop, not somewhere you are told what to do.
Change within our lives can be difficult to manage, unearthing challenging emotions, issues and anguish. At times, we may struggle to find a cause or understand a clear way forward, perhaps unable to make sense of feelings and situations.
Counselling/Psychotherapy can offer a secure non-judgmental space in which to express and explore these issues.
I am a committed practitioner who provides an open, inclusive and transparent environment in which you are empowered to develop your awareness and emotional skills.
As a BACP member I work within the BACP framework of ethics (www.bacp.com/ethicalframework) and with solid experience of supporting people online, by skype, telephone and face to face, I am committed to the well being of my clients (honoring the trust placed in me and the work) and the integrity of the relationship.
I am regularly supervised and undertake continuing professional development.
