Welcome to Talk to Us Live. Our site allows you to contact a qualified doctor or counsellor online anytime.

The Virtual Meeting Room

Our online system is completely flexible. You are able to communicate with a doctor or counsellor using instant messaging, webcam, audio or a mix of the three. It is up to you! Click here to see a demonstration of the online system.

If you would like to test your equipment on the system before you get started. Please complete our Audio Visual Test.

The Waiting Room

You can read information about our individual counsellors and doctors in our waiting room. Our counsellors and doctors are all experienced and qualified to work within the United Kingdom. Those who are online and waiting for you to contact them will show as 'Online'. If the counsellor or doctor that you wish to contact is 'Offline', you can book a session in advance, or send them an email to find out more.

Registering with Talk to Us live

By registering on our site, you are entitled to a FREE five minute trial session with the counsellor or doctor of your choice. The free trial session allows you to see how to use our virtual meeting room. You then pay for credits in advance for online consultations of up to 20 minutes each with any counsellors or doctors online.

Credits and Pricing

Credits cost £5.50 (incl. VAT) each. An online consultation with a counsellor will use up 4 of your credits and an online consultation with a doctor will use up 5 of your credits.
